We collect your answers, a randomly generated device ID stored only on your device, your self-reported demographics (age range, gender, country) if provided, and your IP address for fraud detection purposes only. We never collect your name, email (unless you choose Verified Voice), or any identifying personal data.
All answers are anonymous. Your device ID is a random string — it cannot be linked back to you. Even our team cannot identify which answers came from which person.
Optional email verification increases the statistical weight of your votes and unlocks full demographic filters. Your email is stored securely, never shared, never used for marketing without consent.
Aggregated, anonymised insights (never individual responses) may be shared with research partners and brands. No data is ever sold at an individual level. We may display your country's flag emoji next to aggregated results.
We use device fingerprinting and response-time analysis to detect automated or coordinated voting. Suspicious responses are flagged and excluded from published statistics.
Under GDPR and similar laws, you may request deletion of any data associated with your device ID at any time by contacting [email protected]. Since data is anonymous, we may not be able to locate specific responses.
VERD is intended for users 13 and older. The Unfiltered section requires users to confirm they are 18 or older.
